This Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Fusign (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Fusign” or “Us” or “Our” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to “You” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” or “Customers”) when you make any purchases or place orders on our sites, i.e. www.fusign.net or www.fusign.in or www.fusign.store or www.fusign.online (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).


Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Fusign. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not purchase our products or services or place an order with us. Besides this, you shall purchase and use the products available through the Site, and may request for a refund, in strict compliance with this Policy and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations that you may be subject to (collectively referred to as, “Applicable Laws”). 

This Policy shall be read in conjunction with our Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy statement.

1. Acceptance of this Policy
​​By placing an order with us, or making a refund request or by clicking on a button or taking similar action to signify your affirmative acceptance of this Policy, you hereby represent that:
 

• You have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Policy, our Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy and any future updates and additions to these policies, as published from time to time at the Website or as otherwise may be communicated to you.

• You are of sound mind and at least of such minimum legal age as per the jurisdiction in which you reside, in order to form a binding contract with us. In case you are not of the age of majority as per the laws of the jurisdiction that you reside in, then you must have the permission of your lawful guardian to place an order or make purchases on the Website.

• We must not have previously disabled your account for violation of law or any of our policies.

2. Product & Services Description
We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of all the products and services available on our Website, including without limitation, Fusign wedding cards, Smart wedding card, Fusign gift cards, Fusign business cards, Wedding website, AR & VR services, 3D modelling, rendering and animations, and any wedding stationaries or Itineraries. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. 

3. Pricing Disclaimer
We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products and services listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Fusign reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or a service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, Fusign reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated price of the concerned product or service, as the case may be. We may also update the prices of our services, from time to time, at our sole discretion.

4. Refunds 

• Claiming a Refund : We, at Fusign, believe in delivering quality. Therefore, if for some reason you genuinely do not like our Augmented Reality (AR) service, you are entitled to claim a full refund within a period of 7 (seven) days, provided we have not printed your business cards. Please note, once the business cards have started printing, you shall not be entitled to any refund even if you make the claim within the refund window. There will be no refund for Fusign wedding cards, Smart wedding cards, Wedding stationary and Fusign gift cards in any circumstance. Once the Fusign wedding cards, Smart wedding cards, Wedding website, Wedding stationary Fusign gift cards are ordered, it shall become final sale. Moreover, for Fusign business cards, post the period of 7 (seven) days, your order shall become final sale, and would not be eligible for any refund request.

• No Refund for other Services : You are not entitled to claim for a refund for any other service or product (including Fusign wedding cards, Wedding website, Smart wedding cards, wedding stationary, Fusign business card and Fusign gift card).

• No Rights to Refunded Service : Please note, once you have availed a refund for the AR service in the manner described above, you will immediately cease to have any rights to the same. You are expressly prohibited from using, or exploiting the same in any manner whatsoever, without our prior written consent.

• Refund : Your refund will be credited to your original method of payment or as a gift card, as per your choice, within a period of another 7 (seven) - 8 (eight) business days from the date we approve your refund request. In case that we are unable to process your refund in your original payment method, we will contact you to discuss the refund options. Under no circumstances can items purchased as Final Sale be claimed a refund over. Moreover, in case of refunds, only the actual amount paid by you for the product at the time of checkout will be refunded, excluding any discounts or promotions.

6. Reservation of Right

• We will either, not charge you, or refund the charges for orders that we cancel or do not process. 

• Without limiting the foregoing, the Fusign reserves the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes.

 
7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Unless provided by the relevant statute, rules or directives applicable to the jurisdiction in which you reside, in case of any claims, disputes or controversies arising out of or in relation to the products/service that you order or purchase from the Website, or this Policy, the same shall be dealt with as per the Governing Law and Dispute Resolution clause as mentioned in the Terms & Conditions.
