This Shipping Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) shall govern the relationship between Fusign (hereinafter referred to the “Company” or “Fusign” or “Us” or “Our” or “We”) and you (hereinafter referred to “You” or “Your” or “User” or “Users” or “Customers”) when you make any purchases or place orders on our sites, i.e. www.fusign.net or www.fusign.in or www.fusign.store or www.fusign.online (hereinafter referred to as the “Website” or “Site” or “Platform”).


Please read this Policy carefully, as it forms a binding agreement between you and Fusign. If you do not accept this Policy in its entirety, then you may not purchase our products or services or place an order with us. Besides this, you shall purchase and use the products available through the Site, and may request for a refund, in strict compliance with this Policy and all other applicable laws, rules and regulations that you may be subject to (collectively referred to as, “Applicable Laws”).

We use our best endeavour to provide accurate and materially complete description of all the products and services available on our Website, including without limitation, Fusign wedding cards, Smart wedding card, Fusign gift cards, Fusign business cards, Wedding website, AR & VR services, 3D modelling, rendering and animations, and any wedding stationaries or Itineraries. However, we do not warrant that such description will always be accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. 

3. Pricing Disclaimer
We endeavour to provide accurate and up-to-date pricing information with respect to the products and services listed on the Site. We cannot, however, warrant against pricing errors. Fusign reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to not process or to cancel any orders placed for a product or a service whose price was incorrectly posted on the Site as a result of any error. If this occurs, we will notify you by email or other written communication. Besides this, Fusign reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to correct any error in the stated price of the concerned product or service, as the case may be. We may also update the prices of our services, from time to time, at our sole discretion.

  • Customization and Design Approval: The creation of your wedding cards begins once you provide us with the necessary details and approve the design. The timeline for this process varies based on how quickly you confirm the design and provide all required information.

  • Customer Confirmation: It is essential to promptly respond to our design team’s requests for information and confirmation to avoid delays in the production process.

2. Production Time

  • Printing: After you approve the design, we will proceed with printing. The printing process typically  starts immediately so there will be no more changes made in the design once its confirmed.

  • Quality Check: Each order undergoes a thorough quality check to ensure it meets our high standards before shipping.

3. Delivery Time

  • Standard Delivery: Our standard delivery time is 4 to 5 working days after the printing process is completed.

  • Shipping Notification: You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

4. Factors Influencing Delivery Time

  • Design Approval Delays: Delays in confirming the design or providing necessary information can extend the overall delivery time.

  • Customized Requests: Special customizations or unique design requests may require additional time for production and delivery.
